Antique Late 19th Century 2 Piece Step Back Solid Wood Hutch With Burlwood Drawers

Stunning antique late 19th-century solid wood hutch. This 2-piece stepback hutch has 4 adjustable open shelves with 4 bottom drawers (two over two). All of the shelf grooves are hand carved along with the 2 lines of plate holders on each shelf. There are also hand-carved accents adorning the front of the hutch. The drawer fronts are burlwood which really adds to the look of the hutch. The brass hardware is original to the piece. This is a large and well-crafted piece of furniture that will make you turn your head for another look! Measures 75" high by 47" wide by 21 1/2" deep. Excellent antique condition with some signs of age and wear as is expected with antique furniture from this time period. The original keyhole covers on the bottom 2 drawers are missing and the keys are not included. The drawers all have dovetail construction and open and close with ease.
